I just read a new book by George Wissing, close the last time. WOW! What a breath of fresh air. As a physician and surgeon, I have never heard anything like that. It certainly sheds new light on the common problem that a doctor has to solve every day. I am not a smoker, but this book gave me a perspective in mind a smoker, and even more reason to be nice, patient and understanding of the true “addiction” in which Mr. Wissing, not because of nicotine. It makes some convincing arguments that there is a relationship of both the chemical that keeps you addicted, but more than emotional, which leads to Pavlov’s “habit.” His concept of consumption of tobacco as a form of deep breathing and meditation, what I really “ah-ha” moment mí.Incluso if you do not smoke, or other “habits” as a problem of food, basic concepts from this book can be applied to almost all areas of life issue . Already started implementing some of its recommendations in my life, and I begin to feel mejor.Steven Y. Park, M. D. This book is a must if you are sincere about quitting smoking. I spent a lot of time to leave without success. George’s book gave me a deep understanding of the barriers I had created for themselves. Then George’s book armed me with the mental tools I had to overcome addiction. Online I did sessions (half hour) and not smoked since! My withdrawal symptoms were minimal. Thanks, George!
